As part of our Early Man topic, we learnt how resourceful the earliest inhabitants of Ireland had been in using raw materials, from their natural environment, to manufacture basic equipment which aided them in their day to day life. We saw how archaeologists had unearthed small fragments of old pots during their excavations and thought we’d have a go at trying this ancient skill.
