On Thursday 26th April our school rugby team took the short trip down the A1 to Banbridge Rugby Club to participate in the West Down Qualifiying Festival. The boys put on a fantastic display of rugby right the way through the afternoon beating Ballydown 6-0, Meadowbridge 3-2 & Waringstown 5-0. They drew with Downshire 2-2 and the only blip was a loss to an excellent Friends Prep team 4-3. The boys conducted themselves in an fantastic manner both on and off the pitch and did themselves and the school proud. A big thank you to Mrs Murphy and Mr Bain for looking after the team on Thursday.
