Today was Pancake Tuesday. We really enjoyed mixing and stirring the ingredients together, and after popping the mixture in the pan, we watched for the bubbles. Then we knew it was time to flip! It was hard deciding which topping of butter, jam, sugar, lemon juice or Nutella we wanted to spread on our pancakes but the most popular choice was chocolate spread! Yum! Happy Pancake Day!
