P5 have had a fantastic day at Navan Fort. We completed 3 workshops each exploring a different aspect of Egyptian life. We began by learning about the process of mummification which involved a hands on demonstration! This was followed by a drama highlighting the life of a wealthy Egyptian farmer and his slave. During our final activity we each got to make our own Egyptian crown.
