We have been busy learning about and exploring the characteristics of different materials this term. We have learnt about: wool; wood; glass; plastic and metal. We collected sets of each material, talked about which are natural and which are man-made materials and learnt where each material comes from. We investigated which materials float and sink in water and made journey sticks, collecting different materials during outdoor learning.
