The netball girls travelled to Lisburn Racquets Club to participate in the second stage of the ABC Netball Tournament.
Their first match was against Fairhill who they beat convincingly 5-1. Next up to face our team were Tannaghmore and this game ended in a 1-1 draw. The final game in this section was against Tullygally. The girls cruised to victory with a 9-0 win.
The team qualified for the semi-final of the shield by beating Tannaghmore by 2-1. They then went on to play Kings Park in the final and were pipped at the post by the opposing team, losing their final game 1-0.
An enjoyable day was had by all. Here's to next year.
