ABC Netball League

Our Y7 squad travelled to Banbridge Leisure Centre today to play in matches against  St Mary’s Banbridge, Bronte and St Mary’s Rathfriland.

This was the first time the girls have played as a team and their campaign began very positively with two wins and one defeat in the first round of play-offs. However, they were unable to sustain the momentum  for the second round, but nevertheless tried extremely hard.

The team displayed great sportsmanship throughout each game and were great ambassadors to the school in terms of their manners and behaviour throughout the day. We were indebted to Mrs Tinsley for her assistance with transportation.
